Stress Affects Everyone.
When stressed, remember that you are not the only one! Many aspects of our lives cause stress: work, school, family, friends, loss of family or friends, job loss and illness. One should not measure anothers emotional response but there are ways to improve mental health.

Not All Stress is BAD!
Stress is not always bad, it also is the cause of many great results. When an individual is preparing for tests, interviews, etc.; stress makes us prepare and perform in a way we may not have without it. In situations where we are in fight or flight , stress is the reason behind our quick yet efficient behavior.

Managing stress is about being proactive rather than reactive. To start managing your stress start recognizing the signs, talk to health care provider, exercise normally, relax, set goals, prioritize, stay connected with positive people and consider taking the test above.

Long Term Stress Can Harm You!
Long term stress can cause a multitude of issues with your health. Your health is important, destress and think about the long term affects of stress. Stress can cause chronic issues and effect your immune, digestive, and reproductive systems. Routine stress is very difficult to identify but it is important to identify because it is detrimental to one's health.
